Sites that use less than 293,000 kWh will have their meter read every 6 months. The invoices sent between are based on estimated readings which are less accurate.

Sites that use more energy than this will have a meter reading agency come to their premises to read their meter every month.

Regent Gas Bills

Payment can be made through Direct Debit, which will automatically be taken 10 days after the date on the invoice. Regent also accept payment by standing order for specific monthly amounts, bank transfer and cheque.

Any queries or questions about an invoice should be brought to Regent as soon as possible, particularly if you pay by Direct Debit.

Regent Gas App

There is no app for customers, but there is an online account on the website.

Regent Gas Summary

For businesses which need a reliable gas supply, a provider like Regent could be a good option because they provide various different contract options at different price points. However, there’s a distinct lack of reviews available, so it’s difficult to assess how competitive their prices really are, or how highly recommended they are.

  • Various fixed contracts are available.
  • Online account available.
  • More environmentally friendly natural gas.

  • No reviews are available.
  • Just gas, wouldn’t suit businesses needing electricity and gas.
  • No way to manually submit readings, so could make bills inaccurate.
