Our purpose is to drive competition within the business utilities market, so we can delight customers, aiming to save them time and money. We recognise we wouldn’t be able to achieve this without the hard work of our teammates and the strong governance processes we have in place. We also recognise how our business impacts people and the world around us – from our suppliers, and local community to the environment. We are proud of our transparency, the trust our customers place in us to navigate often complex markets, our agile approach to industry changes and how our teammates are at the centre of our business.
We have developed environmental, social and governance (ESG) values. These values are embedded into our culture and business, as they underpin our decision-making at all levels, they hold us accountable to our evolving obligations and help us strive to maintain our standing within the market. We have a dedicated ESG Committee which manages our adherence to these values.
