Everflow states they are a customer-focused utility company, with customers across the UK, and provides them with an environmentally friendly business water supply, telecom services, and commercial waste. Since its launch in 2015, they keep its focus on making utilities simple, and in 2017, Everflow expanded when England joined Scotland in opening its business water market.

According to their website, the average call waiting time is less than 60 seconds for a pickup, and they are transparent about their pricing so you know exactly what you are paying for. 

Everflow Water is the UK’s first 100% carbon-neutral water supplier, they offer a range of water and energy-saving products and services, designed to save you some money, and the environment. Their website claims that even their small business customers can save an average of £150 a year by switching to them.

The positive reviews state how great the customer services team handled their query, with specific shoutouts to the agent who helped them.

The negative reviews mainly focus on miscommunications between the supplier and the customer and being overcharged.

  • How To Do An Everflow Water Meter Reading

    To do an Everflow Utilities meter read there are some simple steps you need to take:

    Step 1 - Identify your meter: Find out where your meter is, it could be under a sink or behind a toilet. It could also be in the ground of your property boundary - if it is outside, you might need a flathead screwdriver to prise open the lid. You can then match the serial number on the meter against your bill.

    Step 2 - Reading your meter: Next, take a photo of the meter.

    Step 3 - Submit your meter read: Go to the Everflow Utilities Meter Read page and enter your details alongside the photo of your meter, then you’re done!
