Together Energy Background Information
Together Energy is a Scottish energy supplier based in Clydebank and was set up in October 2016. They supply gas and electricity across the UK to domestic properties. Together Energy was set up after their founders were asked to do some investigations into the UK energy market for several global energy companies considering entering the UK market.
They subsequently went on to set up Together Energy to bring to life their pitch for an energy supplier who was built around the customer with competitive pricing.
Together Energy launched a Brexit Project tariff that will see their customers have fixed energy prices for 36 months through until 2020, which was designed to give customers stability when the country will be seeing a period of uncertainty around prices.
This tariff is unusually due to the length of the fixed term and is bold as there is an uncertainty of how Brexit will impact the energy prices.
Together Energy Smart Meter
Together Energy is currently not installing smart meters and cannot accept automatic meter readings from them. If you have a smart meter and want to switch to them you will need to submit the meter readings manually.

If you move house with Together Energy you need to let them know at least two working days before you move out. You will need to provide them with final meter readings when you move out and new address. If you take them with you to your new home they will cancel your existing contract and set up a new contract for your new home.
