  • Who Owns British Gas Lite?

    British Gas Lite is owned by British Gas, a subsidiary of Centrica. Centrica’s Group Chief Executive is Chris O’Shea.

  • BG Lite Address

    British Gas Lite is an online energy supplier only. They operate from the same address at British Gas.  

    The head office address is Millstream, Maidenhead Road, Windsor, Berkshire SL4 5GD.

    British Gas Lite do not offer the option to phone. They offer a webchat as a replacement. 

    The webchat team is available Monday to Friday 9am-5pm excluding bank holidays.

  • Cancellation Policy

    As British Gas Lite is a business only supplier, you cannot cancel your contract once it has been signed.
