EDF Energy sends out meter reading reminders by email if you want them. The frequency of when you need to submit meter readings depends on your payment method.

EDF Energy has an app that is designed for its domestic and business customers so not all features are suitable for businesses, but it offers:

Switching Your Business Energy To EDF Energy
SME businesses can sign up to switch to EDF Energy after completing their online quote or you can call them to discuss your needs. After agreeing to switch, EDF Energy will complete the switch for you and you can monitor the progress in the MyAccount contract tracker.

Moving Business Premises With EDF Energy
If you are moving into a premise supplied by EDF Energy you will need to complete the move in request form and they will be in touch to discuss your needs.
If you are moving out of a premise supplied by EDF Energy you will need to complete the move out request form. You can also take your energy contract with you.

If you need to make a complaint to EDF Energy contact:

They will aim to resolve complaints within two working days. If you are not happy with how the complaint has been handled, you can contact the Complaints Resolution Team who will carry out a review within ten working days.
You can also seek independent advice from the Citizens Advice. If after eight weeks your complaint has not been satisfactorily resolved, you can contact the Energy Ombudsman to review it.
