Pozitive Energy Background
Much of what’s written about Pozitive Energy is quite vague, and they haven’t got much of a general online presence either. Their website could even be considered primitive compared to some.
In terms of what’s promised on their website, Pozitive promise flexible and fixed tariffs for large and small businesses, an online portal which makes balancing multiple premises easier, and 1% of the total contract amount back when you agree to sign another year’s contract.
Pozitive Energy Smart Meter
Smart meters are designed for the most accurate monthly billing, rather than reading a meter manually. The meter also records usage in real-time, so the user knows how much energy they’re using at a glance.
Pozitive customers will arrange installation of Automatic Meter Reading (AMR Meter) installed, which is similar to having a smart meter and sends automatic readings so customers don’t have to manually report them.
For customers without AMR, meter readings can be sent through the online portal, over the phone or through email.
Other Pozitive Energy Meters
AMR is the only meter type listed on the Pozitive website.

Bills can be paid by Direct Debit only. To set one up or change details, customers can log into their online account or call customer services.
Pozitive Energy App
There’s no app available. Customers can sign into their account to manage their details, payments and meter readings.
