OneSelect only offers one tariff. Note prices are based on a central London address:

- Economy 7 day unit rate 13.26 pence per kWh, night unit rate 7.26 pence per kWh, and standing charge 18.65 pence per day

OneSelect Business Energy
OneSelect currently does not supply energy to business customers.
OneSelect Background Information
OneSelect is a new energy supplier who is based in Reading. They are new to the UK energy market but they have been operating in the Netherlands as Energiflex since 2014, where they supply gas and electricity.
They currently supply over 20,000 households in England and Wales with electricity and gas. They supply energy to standard meters and Economy 7 meters, but they currently do not support prepayment meters.
They offer only one tariff to their customers to make energy simple, with no exit fees or hidden costs.
OneSelect Smart Meter
OneSelect is currently not installing smart meters and there are no details about their plans to as yet.
If you already have a smart meter you can still join them but you will need to submit your meter readings manually.
Other OneSelect Meters
OneSelect supports Economy 7 meters but is currently not supporting prepayment meters.
OneSelect currently only offers payment by fixed monthly direct debit. Bills are sent out every three months. There is additional support to help you understand your bills on their website.
OneSelect currently does not have an app.
Switching To OneSelect
If you want to switch to OneSelect call 0333 212 5973 or complete an online quote, where you’ll need to give a few details about your home and energy usage to generate a quote. If you are happy with that quote you can proceed to switch. There is then a 14 day cooling off period where you can change your mind without charge. The switch should take around three weeks to complete but you will receive a welcome pack within a few days.
Moving Home With OneSelect
If you move home with OneSelect you need to contact them 0333 212 5973 or complete their online form on the day you move. You will need to give them the final meter readings for the property so they can calculate your closing bill. They will also switch your new property to them if you want to switch it.
