Flogas Background Information
Flogas has been in operation since 1984 and over the past 30 years, they have evolved into a large LPG supplier across Britain, Ireland, Sweden, Norway, Belgium, and the Netherlands. They have an annual turnover of £11 billion.
Flogas has the more depots in the UK than any other LPG supplier and their gas cylinders are stocked in further outlets across the UK. This network enables customers to either have cylinders delivered direct to their home or collect them themselves.
They also deliver LPG in bulk to customers who have storage tanks. These customers can benefit from having their tanks fitted with an automatic top-up alert system which will let Flogas know that a top-up is needed.
Flogas Smart Meter
Flogas only supplies LPG and therefore they are not bound by the same rules for installing smart meters. However, they are installing smart meters where possible as part of their meter maintenance program. They also offer an automatic refill service which alerts them when your tank is getting low to order a new delivery.
Other Flogas Meters
As Flogas only supply LPG they do not support any other meters.
Flogas Bills
Flogas will bill you for the LPG as you purchase it, therefore you pay for your energy up front or within 14 days, unless you set up an arrangement to pay by fixed monthly direct debit or variable direct debit. You can view your statements and invoices in your online account. They also offer paper and paperless billing options.
Flogas App
Flogas currently does not have an app.
Switching To Flogas
If you want to switch to Flogas you need to complete an online quote form or call them to get a quote and then proceed to switch. The switching process can take up to four weeks and they will request a meter reading prior to your switch date if required.
Moving Home With Flogas
If you are moving to a new house whilst being supplied by Flogas you will need to complete their moving home form and they will be in touch with you to discuss it.
Flogas Fuel Mix
Flogas does not supply electricity and therefore does not have an electricity fuel mix.
