They aim to resolve the complaint straight away but if it cannot be resolved, it will be passed to the Complaints Management team who usually resolve complaints within four weeks. If you are not happy with how the complaint is being handled, you can ask for the complaint to be referred to the Head of Customer Services.
If the complaint has not been satisfactorily resolved within eight weeks you can take your complaint to the Energy Ombudsman to review it.
