ENGIE Business Energy

ENGIE offer business energy contracts to a wide variety of companies including industry, commercial, public sector, healthcare, and small businesses.

ENGIE Background Information

ENGIE has been in the energy market for a long time but has only recently started to supply energy to the domestic market in the UK. They are also an independent energy producer in several countries.

ENGIE is a French company whose roots go back to 1858 when the original company was founded. They now supply energy across the world in 70 countries and are generating energy through their own power stations and solar farms.

ENGIE is working towards sustainable energy from renewable energy sources and offers tariffs that are 100% renewable electricity and gas, and they offer 100% renewable electricity at no additional cost for all domestic customers.

ENGIE Smart Meter

ENGIE is currently not installing smart meters. You can switch to them with a smart meter but you will lose some of the functionality.

Other ENGIE Meters

ENGIE does not support prepayment or Economy 7 meters.

ENGIE Bills

You can pay your energy bills either by monthly direct debit or on receipt of your bill depending on the tariff you are on. If you pay on receipt of a bill then you can either pay by variable direct debit, online or over the phone.

ENGIE does not have an app at present.
