Avro Energy Background Information
Leicestershire based Avro Energy was established as an energy supplier in December 2015. They were founded on the basis that customers needed simpler energy tariffs and terms that could be understood by all. They minimise their overheads in order to keep their energy prices as low possible.
Avro Energy is a small energy company in comparison with many of the other suppliers in the UK market even though their customer base is growing.
Avro Energy has kept their tariffs simple by only offering a few tariffs at a time and keeping their terms straightforward with no exit fees.

Switching To Avro Energy
If you want to switch to Avro Energy then can either do this online or over the phone. Online you will need to complete an online quote where you complete a few details and a range of tariffs are offered. If you find a tariff you like, you can select that tariff and complete the switch process online.
Customers will then receive a confirmation email with a welcome pack including a contract. Avro Energy will then contact your current supply to arrange the switch.
Moving Home With Avro Energy
If you are moving home whilst supplied by Avro Energy you can take the account with you. You need to supply Avro Energy with final meter readings for your old property, new address details, and the starting meter readings for the new property. Avro Energy will then switching your new address to them.
